Our mission is to accelerate the careers of Indigenous students and alumni by creating career opportunities, access to networks and developmental support; unlocking leadership potential and driving lasting change.
What We Do
Working with First Nations students from Year 12 through to university, we help them navigate their studies while linking them to multi-year, paid professional internships that align with their dreams and aspirations.

To achieve our 50-year vision, we partner with employers, universities and community. Together, we create sustainable, long-term pathways for our students to launch successful professional careers.
Our Foundation
The journey of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their deep knowledge of this land informs everything we do. We strive to continually learn from our community’s insights, perspectives and values to guide and improve our practice.
